1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how data is processed when you use the Uvp mobile application ("Application", "Uvp"). Uvp is a tool that allows you to cut, trim, rotate, merge, and convert format types of video and audio files directly on your device.
By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. What Data Do We Collect?
2.1 We Do Not Collect Personal Data
Uvp does not request or collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. There is no account creation or login process within the application.
2.2 Your Media Files Never Leave Your Device
All operations on the video/audio files you select (cutting, trimming, rotating, speed/audio adjustments, merging, format conversion) are performed completely locally on your device. Your files are never uploaded to any server, nor are they remotely stored or viewed by Uvp or any third parties.
2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
Advertisements are displayed in the application via Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect the following types of data in order to show, measure, and personalize ads:
Advertising ID
Device information (model, operating system version)
Approximate location (derived from IP address)
Application usage/interaction data (ad impressions, clicks)

Note: You can reset your device's advertising ID or turn off personalized advertisements through your device's settings.
2.4 Automated Technical Data
In the event of application crashes or errors, anonymous technical error reports may be generated through Google Play's standard Android Vitals/Play Console mechanisms. This is a general service provided by the Google Play Store for all applications and is not directly managed by Uvp.
3. Requested Permissions and Purposes of Use
Uvp requests the following permissions solely to perform its core functions:

To allow you to select and edit audio files from your device (Android 13+)
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
For file selection on older Android versions (Android 12 and below)
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
To save edited files to the device (Android 9 and below)
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
To save cut/merged/converted output files to your chosen folder (Android 11+)
These permissions are only used when you select a file or save an output. The application does not scan other contents on your device, access them in the background, or transfer them to any server outside of the files you permit.
4. Data Sharing
Uvp does not sell, rent, or share your media files or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Apart from Google AdMob as mentioned above, no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are used.
5. Data Security
Your media files remain and are processed within your device's local storage. Uvp relies on standard protections provided by your device's operating system (application sandbox, scoped storage) for the security of these files. Since no file transfers are made over the internet, this data is protected against interception risks over the network.
6. Children's Privacy
Uvp does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. The application is designed for a general audience. If you believe the application is not suitable for children or notice that a child has provided us with data, please contact us at wi-rf.tech@outlook.com.
7. User Rights
Since Uvp does not collect personal data, standard "requests to delete/download your data" are largely not applicable. However:
You can turn off ad personalization in your device settings.
When you uninstall the application, all local project/setting data belonging to the application will be deleted from your device.
