Universal Instruction Facilitation Guide

The Universal Instruction Facilitation Guide contains a structured process to examine current universal tier practices, barriers, and needs. The Facilitation Guide will guide teams in "What to Think About" not "What to Think." It is not a solution kit, but provides an opportunity to create deep and lasting change, based on implementation science and professional collaboration, taking into account local context and priorities. Using collaborative inquiry and this facilitation guide, teams will identify current reality, establish local desired state, and develop specific action steps while attending to local consensus, beliefs, and climate. It is important that Question D2 be addressed so the preschool or school can run efficiently enough to support 100% of learners to reach proficiency.
