     臺美學術聯盟，開啟創新未來

    UAAT-UTS: Academic Alliances Driving Global Innovation 

       國家重點領域國際合作聯盟（University Academic Alliance in Taiwan, UAAT）於2024年與美國德州大學系統（University of Texas System, UTS）簽署合作意向書後，為持續促進雙邊研究合作、人才培育與學術交流，訂於今（2025）年6月13日辦理「UTS x UAAT 雙邊研討會（UTS x UAAT Bilateral Symposium）」。

       本研討會由UAAT秘書處、國立臺灣科技大學及臺北醫學大學共同主辦，聚焦於半導體與健康科學兩大領域進行專題演講。屆時，UTS與UAAT雙方之相關學者專家將分享各自領域的創新知識與技術、探討未來發展趨勢，並藉此深化雙方多元且緊密的合作關係。透過本次意義深遠的臺美雙邊交流與國際視野拓展，期能持續推動我國高等教育的國際鏈結與跨域合作，並建立長期穩固的夥伴關係。

UTS x UAAT Bilateral Symposium to Be Held on June 13, 2025

Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between UAAT and UTS in 2024, the University Academic Alliance in Taiwan (UAAT), as part of its ongoing efforts to foster international research collaboration, talent cultivation, and academic exchange with the University of Texas System (UTS), will host the UTS x UAAT Bilateral Symposium on June 13, 2025. 

Jointly organized by the UAAT Secretariat, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and Taipei Medical University, the symposium will spotlight two key fields: semiconductors and health sciences. The program will feature sessions with distinguished scholars and experts from both UTS and UAAT coming together to share cutting-edge research, discuss emerging trends, and explore opportunities for future collaboration.

This meaningful Taiwan–U.S. academic exchange aims to expand international perspectives and strengthen cross-disciplinary dialogue, laying a solid foundation for long-term, sustainable partnerships in higher education.

We sincerely invite faculty and researchers from relevant disciplines to actively participate in this significant bilateral event.
