Description
The Virtual and Immersive Realities Lab (VIRLab) at UTSA is seeking two enthusiastic undergraduate research assistants to develop an interactive virtual reality game. In this role, you will design and build a VR game that allows users to interact using hand and body movements captured by an RGB-D camera. Responsibilities include working closely on game development, testing interaction mechanics, and refining the game experience. Once the game is designed, you will help set up and conduct user studies, gathering valuable feedback on gameplay and usability. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong interest in VR or human-computer interaction.

Required coursework/skills/experience: Unity Game Development, C#
Recommended coursework/skills/experience: Artificial Intelligence / Deep Learning
