By accessing or using Utopia.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Utopia.ai provides a platform for creating and interacting with AI characters, posting stories, and engaging with content. We may update or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. You must not harass others, post illegal content, or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, including without limitation: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, glorification of violence, spam, malware, or attempts to harm other users or the platform.

Violations may result in immediate removal of content and termination of your account.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Safety

The Service may allow you and others to post text, images, comments, or other materials ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

We may use automated and manual measures to filter or limit certain content (for example, empty posts, length limits, or simple keyword checks). These measures are not a guarantee that all objectionable material will be blocked.

You can report posts, comments, or users that violate these Terms using the in-app Report feature. You can block other users; when you block someone, their content will no longer be shown to you in the app, and we record the block to help enforce our policies.

We aim to review credible reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, which may include removing content and restricting or banning accounts. Response times may vary during high volume; we will still use commercially reasonable efforts to act promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create remains yours. By posting, you grant us a license to host, display, and operate the Service. Our branding, design, and technology are our property.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
