Capt Thirumalai Kumaran ("us", "we", or "our") operates the UTC LOGGER mobile application (the "Service").
1. DATA COLLECTION AND USE
UTC LOGGER is designed to be a local-first logging tool.
- Local Storage: All flight logs, aircraft profiles, and client details are stored locally on your device's internal storage.
- No Cloud Sync: We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers.
- No Personal Info: The app does not require a user account or collect personal identifiers (like name, phone number, or email) unless you explicitly provide them in the flight report headers for your own record-keeping.
2. DATA SHARING (EXPORT)
The app allows you to export your data as PDF or Excel files.
- User-Initiated Sharing: Data is only shared when you explicitly trigger the "Export" or "Share" action.
- Third-Party Apps: When you share a report, the data is passed to the app you select (e.g., Email, WhatsApp, Drive) using standard Android sharing mechanisms. We do not control how those third-party apps handle your data.
3. PERMISSIONS
- Storage: The app uses internal storage to save your logs.
- Internet: Not required for core functionality.
4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
