Seda joined the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin as a Master’s student in 2019. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bogazici University, Turkey. Her research focuses on seismic assessment of retrofitted RC buildings. Besides her work, she enjoys swimming.
