utatane（以下「本アプリ」）は、お客様のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリがどのような情報を取り扱い、どのように保護するかを説明します。
1. 基本方針
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定する情報を当方が収集・保有することはありません。録音した音声をはじめとする睡眠データは、原則としてお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。
2. 取り扱う情報
2-1. 録音音声・文字起こし
睡眠中の音声（寝言・いびき等）をマイクで録音し、端末内に保存します。録音データおよびその文字起こし結果は、お客様の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません。文字起こしには Apple の音声認識（Speech フレームワーク）を利用し、認識処理の一部は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従い Apple のサーバーで処理される場合があります。
2-2. 動き（モーション）情報
寝返りの検出のため、端末の加速度・ジャイロセンサーの情報を利用します。これらは端末内でのみ処理され、外部に送信されません。
2-3. 購入情報
広告非表示（買い切り）および Premium（サブスクリプション）の購入は Apple の App Store / StoreKit を通じて処理されます。決済情報は Apple が管理し、当方がクレジットカード番号等を取得することはありません。
2-4. 広告
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します（Premium 加入者・広告非表示購入者を除く）。AdMob は広告配信のために広告識別子（IDFA 等）やデバイス情報を取得することがあります。
・初回起動時に、トラッキングの許可（ATT）と、地域に応じた同意（GDPR 等）の確認を表示します。
・お客様がトラッキングを許可しない場合、パーソナライズされていない広告が配信されます。
・Google のデータ取り扱いについては Google プライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）をご確認ください。
2-5. ヒーリングサウンドのストリーミング
一部のヒーリングサウンドは外部サービス（archive.org）からストリーミング再生されます。再生時に通信が発生し、IP アドレス等が当該サービスに送信される場合があります。
3. データの保存と削除
録音および睡眠データは端末内（およびウィジェット表示用の App グループ領域）に保存されます。お客様はアプリ内でいつでも個別の録音・セッションを削除できます。また本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたデータは削除されます。お気に入り登録していない録音は、保存から一定期間（2週間）経過後に自動的に削除されます。
4. 第三者への提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様のデータを第三者に販売・提供しません。前述の Apple（音声認識・課金）および Google（広告）は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を取り扱います。
5. アクセス権限について
・マイク: 睡眠中の音声を録音するため
・音声認識: 録音内容を文字起こしするため
・モーションとフィットネス: 寝返りを検出するため
・トラッキング: パーソナライズ広告の表示可否を判断するため（任意）
・通知: アラーム等をお知らせするため
これらの権限は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは予告なく改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページにてお知らせします。

utatane ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is protected.
1. Overview
The App does not require account registration. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Your sleep data, including recorded audio, is stored only on your device by default.
2. Information We Handle
2-1. Audio Recordings & Transcripts
The App records audio during sleep (sleep-talk, snoring, etc.) using the microphone and stores it on your device. Recordings and their transcripts are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. Transcription uses Apple's Speech framework; part of the recognition may be processed on Apple's servers in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
2-2. Motion Data
The App uses the device's accelerometer and gyroscope to detect turning over during sleep. This data is processed only on the device and is not transmitted externally.
2-3. Purchase Information
The ad-removal (one-time) and Premium (subscription) purchases are processed through Apple's App Store / StoreKit. Payment information is handled by Apple; we never receive your credit card details.
2-4. Advertising
The App displays ads via Google AdMob (except for Premium subscribers and users who purchased ad removal). AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA) and device information to serve ads.
- On first launch, the App shows a tracking permission (ATT) prompt and, where applicable, a region-based consent (e.g., GDPR) prompt.
- If you do not allow tracking, non-personalized ads are served.

2-5. Healing Sound Streaming
Some healing sounds are streamed from a third-party service (archive.org). Playback involves a network connection, and information such as your IP address may be sent to that service.
3. Data Storage & Deletion
Recordings and sleep data are stored on your device (and in an App Group container used for the widget). You can delete individual recordings or sessions at any time within the App. Uninstalling the App removes the data stored on your device. Recordings not marked as favorites are automatically deleted after a set period (2 weeks).
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law. Apple (speech recognition, purchases) and Google (advertising) handle information under their own privacy policies.
5. Permissions
- Microphone: to record audio during sleep
- Speech Recognition: to transcribe recordings
- Motion & Fitness: to detect turning over
- Tracking: to determine whether to show personalized ads (optional)
- Notifications: to deliver alarms and reminders
You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice. We will announce significant changes within the App or on this page.
