UStillAlive may request access to your location only when needed for safety features, such as SOS alerts.
When you trigger SOS, your location may be shared with your trusted contacts, including:

Time of the SOS event
UStillAlive does not continuously track your location in the background for advertising or unrelated purposes.
UStillAlive may collect limited activity signals to determine your safety connection status, such as:

Warning
Inactive
These signals may include app heartbeat updates, app activity timestamps, and connection status information. This helps trusted contacts understand whether your device has recently checked in.
We collect device push notification tokens to send:
SOS alerts

Trusted contact updates
Safety status notifications
Push notifications may be delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service.
If UStillAlive offers paid subscriptions, purchase information may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or a subscription management provider such as RevenueCat.
We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

UStillAlive is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
UStillAlive is a personal safety and connection app. It is not a medical device, emergency service, law enforcement service, or guaranteed rescue system.
SOS alerts and safety status depend on network availability, device settings, permissions, battery status, operating system restrictions, and notification delivery services.
In an emergency, users should contact local emergency services directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
