I enlisted April 14, 1961 and went to boot camp at NTC Bainbridge. While there I was "song leader" and in the drill team. We marched in the Memorial Day parade in Baltimore. What a wonderful experience.I came back in October 1961, for Machine Accountant "A" School, graduating in June of 1962. While there we worked at PAMI-CONUS. Classmates, Rose Marie Frydryk Kirwrin,Marion Brown Duckett and I have kept in touch these past years.After a break in service of almost 20 years, I enlisted in the Navy Reserves, picked up for LDO and retired in November 2002
