With the USFL revealing their team logos, names and cities, it is time to rank them. This entire segment is all personal opinion, so please don't take offense!! That being said, lets begin.
I know, I know. This is almost everybody's favorite logo. But personally, I'm just not a huge fan of the purple & orange color mix, I think it looks hideous, and they really missed on a good looking black & yellow logo which would've looked great with this design.
The Generals logo is rather basic, it doesn't really have any pop to it. I do, however, like the dark/navy blue accents around the stars/leaves. That's a nice touch.
This logo isn't all too bad, but I am skeptical of the color scheme. How would you make solid looking jerseys with light blue, brown, and tan?
I like the creative, but simple G logo with the inside of the G being shaped like the state of Texas. The star that locates were Houston is in the state also gives the logo a pop, but they didn't redesign this logo very much from the original design.
The Tampa Bay Bandits logo has been very modernized, but I love the font of the word "Bandits". I like that it's relatively rough around the edges which fits the theme of a bandit.
The USFL's design team did a good job with this logo, completely renovating it from the old 1980s style logo and making it look new and modern.
I like that the logo is a circle with the wave design in the center, because I think round logos look nice, but the touch of the bird/seagull in the top right of the logo makes it less minimalist, like they actually put effort in making these logos (which they definitely did!)
I absolutely love the design of this logo. They made it look retro to pay tribute to the original Stars team, and their secondary logo is a bell which is representative of Philadelphia with the Liberty Bell. And also, the colors red, orange, yellow, and white go together very well in this logo, so I would love to see a color-rush style jersey for the Stars!
So that was our own ranking of the logos that the 2022 USFL Teams will be using. What do you think? Let us know in our discord server!
