USCIS Tracker — Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
No Server, No Account
USCIS Tracker never sends your case data anywhere. There is no account, no sign-up, and no backend server operated by this app. Everything you paste in — case JSON, timelines, notices — is analyzed entirely on your device and stored only in the app's local storage.
What's Stored On Your Device
Your imported case history, display preferences (timezone, appearance, reminder settings), and subscription status are stored locally using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults and the app's Application Support directory). Deleting the app deletes this data. It is never backed up to any server we control.
In-App Browser
Signing in to USCIS and viewing your case JSON happens inside a standard Apple in-app Safari view (SFSafariViewController), which uses your existing Safari session. This app cannot read, inject scripts into, or access anything you do inside that browser view — you manually copy and paste the JSON yourself.
Subscriptions & Payment
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. This app never sees or stores your payment details — that information is handled by your Apple ID and App Store account.
Notifications
If you enable check-in reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification framework. No reminder data is sent externally.
Third Parties
This app does not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking of any kind. The only third parties involved are Apple (App Store, StoreKit, push notifications) and USCIS's own website, which you interact with directly and knowingly.
