Division eleven has selected Zoom as our virtual meeting platform. Please take a moment to watch two (2) short tutorials below (both prepared by Zoom's support team) for members unfamiliar or uncomfortable with accessing the Zoom platform. These videos should address 90% of your questions and allow you to join your fellow Auxiliarists online!

• Meetings held via ZOOM take advantage of E2EE or end 2 end encryption. By utilizing E2EE, the meeting’s host generates encryption keys and uses public key cryptography to distribute these keys to the other meeting participants. Zoom’s servers become oblivious relays and never see the encryption keys required to decrypt the meeting contents.

• Registration is required for all division eleven meetings to ensure only those invited and authorized can attend. Unauthorized attendees will be removed and barred from reentry. Once you register, you'll receive an email confirmation with meeting details, including your secure meeting link or, if you prefer, the call-in numbers to join by phone.

• All attendees join "muted" to retain privacy status. Each user has the ability to mute and unmute at their discretion (global audio/video unmuting in not permitted)

• Meetings are password-protected to avoid "Zoom Bombing". Passwords change for each meeting and are not reused.

• Recording is notated in the TOP LEFT corner of each users screen. Records are used for archival/transcription purpose and generally not posted for public view.
