Switch to cystoscope to insert Double J stent

1. Open the valve of the channel

Insert the pusher into the channel

Insert the pusher until the tip come out

2. Insert the tail of Guidewire into the tip of the pusher

3. Insert until the Guidewire come out from the otherside

Remember NOT to pull out the guidewire from patient

4. Take out the pusher

5. Insert the Double J Stent

6. Insert the pusher

Then surgeon will request to remove Guidewire
