• BK Ultrasound machine borrowed from UIU

• BK Ultrasound transperineal probe borrowed from UIU

• REZUM (On Loan)

• 4mm/30 degree cystoscope (Wolf / Karlstorz)

• Camera Head

• FOB

• S203

• Sponge holding forceps

• Short raytec gauze

• Xylocaine jelly

• Aquasonic Clear Ultrasound Gel

• 10ml luer lock syringe x 3

• 20G yellow spinal needle (From UIU)

• REZUM consumable set

• 2% xylocaine with adrenaline 1:200000 x 1

• 10 ml NS for injection x 2

• Condom

• Rubber band x 4 (non-sterile)

Part I

1. Lithotomy position

2. Skin disinfection

3. Ultrasound probe with condom, tighten with rubber bands, apply Aquasonic Clear Ultrasound Gel

4. LA infiltration with 1% xylocaine with adrenaline 1:400000 10ml x 3 with 20G spinal needle

5. While injection of LA, scrub nurse prepare the REZUM and connect to the machine

Part II

1. Keep lithotomy position

2. Skin disinfection

3. Lithotomy draping

4. Connect camera head & FOB & cystoscope

5. Ensure the REZUM is ready
