Prepare Foley, 14/16G Angiocath & guidewire
Tip of angiocath go through the side hole of Foley.
Then puncture the tip of Foley.
Remove the needle and leave the catheter.
The guidewire will first insert into patient.
Then the tail of guidewire go through the catheter.
Then remove the catheter and leave the guidewire in the foley.
Adjust the guidewire to go through the Foley.
