ECIRS (PCNL)

1. Turn on USG machine & connect the USG probe and check the DVI cable

2. Prepare 2 bags 3 litre NS

3. Make sure camera head x 2 & light cable x 2

4. Make sure there are two HDTV inside theatre

5. Make sure the ceiling TV is in the appropriate position

6. Make sure all the equipment including lithoclast, laser machine, neptune, disposable fURS consumable and processor (NO Matter what equipments written in remarks)

1. Prepare the ultrasound probe with USG probe cover  and drape the USG machine with C arm cover

2. Trocar needle (Pink) in yellow kidney dish

3. #15 blade in yellow kidney dish

4. put 3ml syringe without needle on working table

5. Slide the Tip of PCNL Guidewire inside the sheath (DO NOT prime this guidewire)

6. Assemble semi-rigid URS, Miniperc

7. Cut tip of 3M 1016, and tip of suction tubing

1. After draping, connect camera head, FOB, TURP set to operation side HDTV.

2. Assist inserting Terumo guidewire in URS part. 

3. Prepare the ultrasound probe with USG probe cover  and drape the USG machine with C arm cover. 

4. While surgeon is locating the track, connect Short URS, camera head, FOB, TURP set to opposite side HDTV. 

5. Prepare the lithotripsy instrument and try until functioning well. 

6. Prepare the suitable stone grasping forceps.

7. Double J stent insertion

8. Closing
