Overview
URL Batch Opener opens and manages HTTP(S) URLs supplied directly by the user. The extension works locally and does not operate a developer-controlled server.
Data handled by the extension
The extension may store URL text entered by the user, parsed selection state, opening mode, interval settings, and temporary task progress in Chrome local extension storage on the user’s device.
How data is used
This information is used only to display the URL list, open URLs chosen by the user, continue a background task, and restore task progress after the popup or browser is reopened.
Data collection and sharing
The extension does not transmit stored URL drafts, settings, or task progress to the developer or to analytics, advertising, or cloud services. It does not sell user data, build user profiles, read browsing history, read or modify cookies, or read page content. When a user opens a URL, Chrome connects directly to that destination website, which processes the navigation under its own privacy policy.
Optional Stripe link
The popup includes an optional “Support development” link. Only when clicked does Chrome open the exact Stripe page supplied by the developer. The extension adds no URL, task, account, or tracking data and does not read or store payment information. Stripe processes that page visit and any payment under its own policies.
Permissions
• storage: saves drafts, settings, and task progress locally.
• webNavigation: observes only the load result of the current tab created by a sequential task and does not read page content.
• alarms: resumes interval work and load-timeout checks after the service worker is suspended.
The extension requests no host permissions.
Retention and deletion
A URL draft can be removed with the Clear action. Task state is replaced by later tasks. Users can remove all extension data by clearing the extension’s stored data or uninstalling the extension.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when extension behavior or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent through the support contact displayed on the extension’s Chrome Web Store listing.

可选 Stripe 链接
弹窗底部包含可选的“支持开发者”链接。只有用户主动点击后，Chrome 才会打开开发者提供的准确 Stripe 页面。扩展不会附加网址、任务、账号或跟踪数据，也不会读取或保存支付信息。Stripe 会按照自身政策处理页面访问和可能发生的支付。
权限
• storage：在本机保存草稿、设置和任务进度。
• webNavigation：仅观察顺序任务当前创建标签页的加载结果，不读取网页内容。
• alarms：在 service worker 被挂起后恢复间隔任务和加载超时检查。
扩展不申请任何网站访问权限。
保留与删除
网址草稿可以通过“清空”操作删除；任务状态会被后续任务覆盖。用户也可以通过清除扩展存储数据或卸载扩展删除全部扩展数据。
