UrduBox respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the UrduBox mobile application.
UrduBox does not require users to create an account, register, or sign in.
We do not directly request or store personal information such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Password
Profile information
Home address
Payment information
UrduBox does not maintain personal user profiles or account databases.
UrduBox does not intentionally collect or permanently store personal information about its users.
However, some limited technical information may be processed automatically by the app, the device, or third-party services used by UrduBox in order to provide app functionality, security, content delivery, and technical reliability.
This may include information such as:
Device or app information
IP address
Network information
App instance or device identifiers generated by third-party services
Diagnostic or technical information
Location information, when permission is requested and granted
UrduBox does not sell personal information.
UrduBox may request access to your device's location when necessary for security, network verification, VPN/proxy detection, or similar functionality.
Location permission is only requested when required for such functionality.
UrduBox does not use location information to build user profiles, track users for advertising, or permanently store a user's location in our own database.
Where applicable, location information is processed temporarily for the requested functionality.
Users may deny or revoke location permission through their device settings. Certain security or region-related features may not function correctly without the required permission.
UrduBox may perform network, VPN, proxy, or similar security checks.
These checks may use technical information such as your network connection, IP address, or temporarily available location information to determine whether a VPN, proxy, or restricted network configuration is being used.
The purpose of these checks is to protect the app, prevent abuse, or maintain service availability.
We do not use VPN detection information for advertising or user profiling.
UrduBox uses services provided by Google Firebase for certain application infrastructure and functionality.
Depending on the Firebase services enabled in UrduBox, Google may automatically process limited technical information such as device information, IP addresses, app identifiers, diagnostics, performance information, or similar technical data.
UrduBox does not intentionally provide Firebase with users' names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or UrduBox account information because UrduBox does not require users to create an account.
Information processed by Firebase is subject to Google's and Firebase's applicable privacy and data-processing terms.
UrduBox uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API to obtain certain movie or television-related information, which may include titles, descriptions, posters, artwork, release information, or other metadata.
TMDB is a third-party service and operates independently from UrduBox.
UrduBox does not claim ownership of TMDB data, trademarks, logos, or other material belonging to TMDB or its respective rights holders.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
UrduBox is intended to provide content that we believe is in the public domain, lawfully available, properly licensed, or otherwise permitted for distribution.
UrduBox does not intentionally distribute pirated, illegally obtained, or unauthorized copyrighted movies or other media.
TMDB metadata, posters, images, trademarks, and similar materials are separate from media made available for playback and may remain protected by their respective owners.
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that any content available through UrduBox infringes your rights, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

UrduBox may allow users to download supported content for offline viewing.
Downloaded content is intended to remain within UrduBox's application storage and is designed to be accessed through the UrduBox app.
UrduBox does not intentionally provide a feature for exporting downloaded media as ordinary external movie files or sharing downloaded files outside the app.
Removing the application, clearing application data, or changes to the device may result in downloaded content being deleted.
UrduBox does not sell users' personal information.
Unless separately disclosed inside the app or in an updated version of this Privacy Policy, UrduBox does not use personal information to create advertising profiles.
If advertising or additional analytics services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
Because UrduBox does not provide user accounts and does not intentionally maintain a database of personal user information, we do not retain account-related personal information.
Certain temporary technical information may be processed for application functionality or security.
Third-party providers such as Firebase may retain technical information according to their own policies, configurations, and legal obligations.
UrduBox does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Limited technical information may be processed by third-party service providers when necessary to operate the application, including services such as:
Google Firebase
The Movie Database (TMDB)
Hosting, networking, or content-delivery providers used by the application
Such third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy practices.
UrduBox does not knowingly collect personal information from children through account registration because the application does not provide user accounts.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected or stored by us unintentionally, we will take reasonable steps to remove it where possible.

We take reasonable measures to protect the app and its services from unauthorized access, misuse, and abuse.
However, no mobile application, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
UrduBox may communicate with third-party services in order to retrieve content information or provide application functionality.
The privacy practices of those third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. UrduBox is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
You may control certain permissions through your device settings.
You may:
Grant or deny location permission
Revoke previously granted permissions
Clear UrduBox application data
Delete downloaded offline content
Uninstall UrduBox at any time
If a permission is necessary for a specific feature, denying that permission may prevent that feature from functioning properly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to UrduBox, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
Any updated version will include a revised "Last Updated" date.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
