INTRODUCING UFA

Urban Farm Academy (UFA) is the Research, Training and Development farm of Prudent Associates Agro-Indusry, a Social Agritech Enterprise involved in beyond organic integrated market farming and training to produce superfoods (mushrooms, fruits, veggies mix etc) and organic farm TIPs (technologies, inputs and produces) for end users’ urban dwellers.

UFA provides a platform for Empowering STEM Students, unemployed Youths & Women on Zero-Waste, Bio-intensive & Soil-less Agricultural Technologies to achieve SDGs 1-3,9,13&16 goals for Super foods' 🍄🐟🐌🥒🍃 security for urban dwellers. At UFA, participants learn, grow, eat and earn with urban farming and organic waste up-cycling technologies in a ten weeks cycle intensive on-the-farm weekly training on a quarterly basis.

Our quarterly Cohort is designed to offer participants the opportunity to learn at least ten urban farming skills, with one skill set taught per week. Participant can enroll as full time on the farm trainees where they come to learn on our R,T & D farm situated at Fish Farm Estate,Odo nguyan, Ikorodu, Lagos. Executive participants can decide to come learn on the farm on Saturdays or learn at their own convenient timing in which case they have to enroll for our short courses or join our online cohort at anytime. After the training, Trainees can choose to work and earn as paid interns of Prudent Associates Agro-Industry or kick start their own urban farm enterprise using our urban micro farm kits. In either case, participants will be guided and supported throughout their respective journey. They will be exposed to digital marketing skills and given opportunity to sell their own products and/or ours (in case of dropshipping option) on our online platform @prudentorganicfarmmarket depending strictly on performance.

Registration fee has been completely subsidized by Prudent Associates Agro-Industry and reduced to a token of N5,000 ($14.00) only per course per week while our whole total ten courses/ ten weeks package has been discounted for only N40,000 ($112.00) for online participants
