UraCab Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you register as a user or browse the UraCab mobile application/website (collectively, the “Site”). Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third-party companies or individuals who are not under our control or management. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by UraCab through your use of our platform. All terms in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as defined in our Terms and Conditions or the Nagaland On-Demand Transportation Technology Aggregators Rules, 2023 (hereinafter, the “ODTTA Rules, 2023”). In case of any discrepancies, the latter shall take precedence.

Bank Account Information: Details for facilitating payments, including account holder's name, account number, bank name, IFSC code, and other relevant information for UPI/e-payments.
Trip Information: Information about your trips, such as pick-up and drop-off locations and distance traveled.
Communications: Records of your communications with us or our drivers, and responses to surveys you complete.
Device Data: Data about the devices used to access our services, including hardware models, IP address, device identifiers, operating systems, software, mobile network data, and more.

3. Trip Service Availability Policy
Service Area Limitation: Our services are available only within Nagaland, within a specified radius from the nearest driver. If you are outside this coverage area, a ride may not be available.
Driver Availability: Trips are subject to driver availability. If no driver is available, you may experience delays or may not be able to book a ride.
Trip Cancellation: If you are located outside the service area or if no drivers are available, we may cancel the trip and notify you.
Service Expansion: We are continuously working to expand our coverage. Check the app for updates.
Service Area Updates: Our service area may change based on demand and operational adjustments. You are advised to check the app regularly for real-time coverage updates.
4. Safety and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data. We are not liable for any breach of security or unauthorized actions by third parties.

8. Grievances
These User Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations at UraCab's designated offices. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Kohima, Nagaland, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy shall be adjudicated exclusively by the competent courts in Kohima, Nagaland.
