Usage information
UpUp collects information about how you use the app to understand what works well and what doesn't. This may include buttons that are selected, metrics like loading times and session duration and diagnostics related to crashes. Information about the grocery items you interact with may also be collected, however it is not associated with your personal identity. Usage information is collected using Google Analytics and stored on Google Analytics servers. For more information, see the Google Analytics Privacy Disclosure Policy.
Identifying information
The only personal details that may be collected are users' names and email addresses, which are optional for users to provide and only collected for the purposes of engaging with users to discuss feedback, should they wish to do so. These details are recorded in Airtable and not associated or linked to the usage information that is collected. For more information, see the Airtable Privacy Policy.
