An arrangement has been made by the Technical Education Department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh by virtue of which the Vice-Chancellor of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University can preside over and supervise the 2020 Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination, commonly referred to as UPSEE 2020. UPSEE Counseling Fees 2020:

The UPSEE Counseling 2020 fee structure will follow the paradigm set by the Central Admission Board of the AKTU University, Lucknow:

Each candidate can appear for only ONE paper in the UPSEE examination 2020 and not more. 1. What's the counseling procedure of UPSEE?

The registration procedure for every round of the UPSEE counseling 2020 will be made public by the AKTU authorities. 9. What do I have to do after the 3rd round of counseling of the UPSEE?

After UPSEE 3rd round counseling if a candidate has either still not secured a satisfactory seat in the institute or branch of their choice or still not made the cut-off rank, they are advised to proceed to the 4th round of counseling if and only if they belong to a reserved category ST or SC.

10. Is there any benefit in the UPSEE 4th round of counseling?

The 4th round of UPSEE counseling is reserved only for the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories, and the counseling is done based on the ranks of all the candidates belonging to these reserved categories taken together. It is helpful for the candidates that hail from underprivileged castes or tribes, but the candidates applying for the 3rd or 4th round of UPSEE counseling 2020 will not be eligible to apply for the tuition fee waiver program.
