I'm using the upng-js module to read png files. In common sense the return value should be in RGBA form, so should be an Unit8Array with size 4*width*height. However when I'm reading an image with size 111*111 it returns an Unit8Array with size 49395. Here's my code:

This project is a fork of UPNG.js and was created for use in pdf-lib. The maintainer of the original repo does not publish it to NPM. That is the primary purpose of this fork. In addition, an index.d.ts file has been added (copied directly from @types/upng-js) to makes TypeScript definitions available without requiring additional packages to be installed.

You can also download @pdf-lib/upng as a UMD module from unpkg. The UMD builds have been compiled to ES5, so they should work in any modern browser. UMD builds are useful if you aren't using a package manager or module bundler. For example, you can use them directly in the tag of an HTML page.

Lossy compression is allowed by the last parameter cnum. Set it to zero for a lossless compression, or write the number of allowed colors in the image. Smaller values produce smaller files. Or just use 0 for lossless / 256 for lossy.

TOURIST NUMBERS UP AGAIN. Last year 54,981 tourists arrived in September. In September this year there were 58,193, an increase of 5.8%. Changes were: Australia 28.6%, NZ and USA 7.9%, Australia has grown by 28.6 per cent, South Korea 38.9%, India 28.3%, Taiwan 26.7%, New Zealand and USA 7.9%, EU 1.6%. Decreases were Japan -18.2%, Canada -2% (both down due to the removal of direct air services), Pacific Islands -0.7%. Some 30,000 came from Australia. Compared with last year overall numbers were up 16.3%. close to the target of 600,000 by the end of the year.

Minister of Tourism Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum was pleased with the increases but stressed the need to continue working hard to build on the numbers, target new markets, improve marketing, and ensure that more of the tourist dollar is spent in Fiji, so that more people benefit, including people selling food by the roadside and organizing lovo visits to villages.

As in the two-day course, there were a significant number of individuals that had not received HINARI training previously. After completing the Authorship Skills training material, we conducted a one-hour overview of HINARI that also noted how to locate/use the numerous training modules. While this was useful, the depth is limited compared to completing a formal course.

Resource-rich developing countries are different. They obviously have large resource sectors, but these typically operate as enclaves, and most profits are repatriated, so net factor income is typically large and negative. In this seminar, Martin Davies will present the findings of a paper co-authored with Marcel Schrder, which presents a simple model of internal and external balance that incorporates the key features of this class of countries. Using this framework, the authors suggest a new paradigm for policy-setting in resource-rich developing countries. This includes a new equilibrium exchange rate concept, and a number of other interesting results, including the possibility that an export boom could be contractionary. The authors then estimate, using this new approach, a set of equilibrium real exchange rates for a panel of resource-rich developing countries.

We are working on a language development project with Belize Creole in Belize. While the Ministry of Education has not formally recognized the need to recognize the mother tongue of students, they are beginning to consider it. Many teachers are convinced of the need to somehow include the mother tongue in early education, and that English should be taught as a 2nd language. We have made good progress in orthography development. There is an increasing number of people trying to write Creole, even though we have not begun any formal literacy activities. ff782bc1db
