UploadSahi is a Chrome extension that processes supported upload requirements and image files locally in the user's browser. UploadSahi does not operate a backend service.
UploadSahi does not include analytics or advertising SDKs and does not collect usage analytics.
UploadSahi does not require or create user accounts.
UploadSahi does not sell user data or share user data with third parties.
When the user explicitly presses Scan this form, UploadSahi processes webpage text near file-upload fields locally in the browser to identify upload requirements.
When the user selects an image, UploadSahi may locally read the file data and metadata necessary to inspect properties such as file type, file size and image dimensions.
Where supported requirements are sufficiently clear, UploadSahi may offer to resize or compress the image. This processing occurs locally and only after explicit user action.
Selected files and webpage content are not transmitted to the developer or to third parties by UploadSahi.
UploadSahi does not provide remote storage and does not store selected files or webpage content on developer-controlled servers.
UploadSahi uses the activeTab and scripting permissions to run its scanning functionality on the current tab after the user explicitly presses Scan this form.
These permissions are not used for background monitoring, advertising or analytics.
Chrome and the Chrome Web Store may separately process information related to extension installation, distribution or use under Google's own policies. This processing is separate from UploadSahi.
UploadSahi's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
