Symbols

****On this schedule any unclaimed week or undetermined day is dated as the "Week of" and indicates any date in that week is open and is written in RED, so ANY day of that week may be used for a paint out or Zoom whatever works best for the host/ess (and weather). Once a date has been somewhat established it will be written in BLACK.  Any week that has been claimed but the day is not determined will have (parenthesis around it) and actually anything undecided will be written in RED. 

Events written in Pink are long distance (farther than 45 miles from Monroe County Courthouse) locations.

 Events written in Blue will reflect art shows, workshops, or other special events

Soft purple are days that may influence event decisions and such information. 

 A red star (*) indicates a week that BPG meets on Thursday, so please avoid scheduling on Thursdays of these weeks. 

If you need signs each of the following people have some, so contact them directly; Kristen Stamper (Nashville area), Jacki Frey/Angie O'Malley (Ellettesville area), Kitty Garlock and Ron Bowles (North country area), , Anne-Karine Bley (south east side) and Andy Roberts (south central area).  I will attempt to keep these locations up to date.
