DIGITAL FL TORIQUL LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the "Update My Apps" mobile application (the "App"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, why it is needed, and how it is used. By using this App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Core Functionality
Update My Apps helps users view installed apps, view selected system apps that can be opened or updated through Google Play, check apps that may need updates, open Play Store pages, and view app usage time when Usage Access is granted.
Information We Access
Installed apps list:
The app reads the list of installed applications to show Installed Apps, System Apps, and apps that may need updates.
App package name:
Package names are used to open the correct app page in Google Play Store.
App version information:
Version information is used to show the current version of installed apps.
App icon and app name:
These are used only to display apps clearly inside the app.
App usage information:
If you allow Usage Access permission, the app can show how much time you used apps during hourly, weekly, last 14 days, and monthly periods.
Permissions Used
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
This permission allows the app to view installed applications on your device. It is required for the main features: installed apps list, system apps list, update available list, app icon, app name, package name, and version details. This information is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded, sold, or shared.
PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS
This permission allows the app to access app usage statistics only after you manually grant Usage Access from Android settings. It is used to show App Usage Time. Usage data is processed locally and is not collected, uploaded, sold, or shared.
INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
These permissions are included for app connectivity and future advertising support. At the moment, Update My Apps does not display ads inside the app. These permissions may be used in a future update if ad features are introduced. Currently, they may also be used when the app opens Google Play pages, developer pages, or other external links initiated by you.
How We Use Information
We use information only to show installed apps, system apps that can be updated from Play Store, apps that may need updates, app version details, Play Store update links, and app usage time if permission is granted.
Data Collection
Update My Apps does not collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, messages, payment information, or personal files.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data. The app may open Google Play Store when you tap Update, Rate Us, More Apps, or Share App. Google Play Store is operated by Google and its own privacy policy may apply.
Optional Sharing, Rating & External Links
The App may let you share the app through Android share sheets, request or open the Google Play review/listing page, open developer pages, or open external links. These actions are initiated by you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party apps, websites, or services that you choose to use.
Advertising Notice
Update My Apps currently does not show ads to users. However, ad-related permissions are present in the app because advertising features may be enabled in a future update. If ads are introduced later, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect how those features work.
Local Storage
The app may save simple preferences locally, such as dark mode, selected app language, and selected usage time filter.
Usage Access
Usage Access permission is optional. If you do not allow it, App Usage Time may not work, but other features will continue to work.
Security
The app processes app list and usage information locally on your device. We do not operate a server to store this information.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates may be shown in the app or on the Google Play Store listing.
