UP Bhulekh - Khasra Khatauni ("we", "our", or "the App") is an independent informational application designed to make publicly available Uttar Pradesh land and property-related information easier to access.
The App provides access to services and information such as Khasra, Khatauni, Bhu Naksha, Property Search, Stamp Duty, Varasat, Area Calculator, and Loan Calculator.

UP Bhulekh - Khasra Khatauni is NOT an official government application.
The App is independently developed and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the Government of Uttar Pradesh or any government department.

However, third-party services used by the App, including Google AdMob, may automatically collect certain information from your device when advertisements are displayed or interacted with.
