The Water Quality Modeling & Management Lab (WQMML) was established when Dr. Chris Yeo joined the Water and Environmental Research Institute of the Western Pacific (WERI) at the University of Guam as a surface water specialist in 2019. Since its founding, WQMML has contributed to watershed management across Guam, stormwater management in Tumon Bay, and assessments of climate change impacts in Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).
