Acknowledgement of Country
We would like to begin by acknowledging the Traditional Owners of the land on which we meet today, the Kaurna people of the Adelaide region and pay my respects to Elders past and present. We would also like to acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded, and it always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

Constitutional Amendment
Georgia THOMAS spoke to a proposed constitution amendment:
An additional “General Executive Member.”
Amend Clause 7.5 of the club constitution so it read’s “The Committee will be comprised of the Office Bearers defined in 7.1, the SRC Women’s Officer shall be an ex-officio member, and up to 4 general executive members.”

Contacted multiple people to collect trash and waste
UPDATE [10/09]: The room is not in the cleaning contract.
Cleaned the kitchenette.
Had a student approach me about how the state of the room (prior cleaning) deterred them from using the space.

Other Business
Gabbi COLLOFF opened discussions about ideas for future events. They include:
Book/poetry club, sextember, poetry night, collaboration with the sustainability and clothes club, succulent pot party, colouring in night, sip and paint, quiz night, wisewomenwalking collaboration, improving menstrual product survey, studentwellbeing collaboration + ppep talk, movie night + exec slumber party, Catherine House volunteering, fundraising - bake sale.
Gabbi COLLOFF opened discussions about regular meeting times ’25.
Came to an agreement that we would revisit this in December.
Agreed upon at least 1 in-person meeting per month.
