Purpose:

To observe the transfer/ motion of a single pulse on a rope

Description:

Jerk the end of a (rubber) rope to create a pulse. Vary the tension in the rope to vary the speed of the pulse.

Equipment:

Rubber Rope tied to a fixed endpoint
