Mechanics: Block and Paper

Purpose:
To illustrate the impact of air resistance on falling objects.

Description:
1. Hold the block and paper side by side and drop them (the block falls faster)
2. Place the paper on top of the block and drop them (both fall at same rate)

Equipment:
Wooden block and a piece of paper cut to be slightly smaller than the block
