No Name is introduced as a short-tempted and confused man.

Due to his loss of memories, No Name gets very frustrated easily. He has a one-track mind since getting the Love Letter in his possession is his only goal. He is seen often trying to snatch it from Ophelia Heart’s possession but failing every time, which then leads to them bickering about it.

Despite his frustrations, No Name’s amnesia makes him more docile than expected. He is gullible and has jokes and sarcasm fly right over his head. He doesn’t understand the concept of names or know the basics of living. He is hesitant on learning these things but he goes along with learning these things since it’s the only other method he can do to recover his lost memories. No Name also doesn’t have an understanding on social cues; his reaction to Elpis’ negative comments about him doesn’t strike him as much and him having no concept of personal space.

Once he finds that Ophelia has possession of the Love Letter, No Name is quick to anger and does everything to get it back. He refuses to leave her side until he gets it back, thus making him an ally of hers but also an enemy. But, as Ophelia is seen to unlock the Love Letter’s powers, No Name pledges loyalty to her and only her. As they unravel the secrets of the Love Letter, he slowly regains his memories back and with them, he teaches Ophelia the skills needed to use the Love Letter to its potential.
