UNITZ ("the App") is a unit conversion app developed by Hyeongwoo Jeon ("we," "us," or "the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
UNITZ does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App works entirely offline. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.
We do not collect, process, or have access to any of the following:
Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, account credentials)
Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
Location data
Usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic data
Contacts, photos, files, or any other content on your device
Health information or any data you enter into the App
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
Conversion history — up to 10 recent conversions per category
Preferences — selected units, main tab layout, theme, language, and display settings
This data:
Never leaves your device
Is not transmitted to the Developer or any third party
Is not accessible to us in any form
Can be deleted at any time using the in-app delete functions, or by uninstalling the App
Because this information never leaves your device, we have no ability to access, retrieve, correct, or delete it on your behalf.
The App does not require an internet connection and does not make network requests. All conversions are calculated on your device.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or data collection. The App uses open-source software components (listed under Settings → About → Open source licenses), none of which collect user data in this App.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by virtue of collecting no data at all.
Privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar regulations grant rights regarding personal data, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Because UNITZ collects no personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, port, or opt out of. We do not sell or share personal information, as we do not collect it.

The App is designed so that privacy risk is eliminated at the source: no data is collected, so no data can be breached, leaked, or misused. All information generated during use remains within your device's application storage, protected by your device's operating system security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
