Visit Activate.UHC.com or myuhc.com.
Click on Register or Sign in/Register
First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY).
Identification Type: Choose either your Member ID (from your UHC card) or your Social Security Number (if applicable).
Enter your Member ID or Medicare Number exactly as shown on your card (no spaces or special characters).
Choose a username and password.
Set up security questions for account recovery.
Agree to terms and conditions.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
Your account is now active, and you can log in anytime.
