1. Preface: The Dominion period of UCR came after internal power struggles and issues in the early formation of UCR were more or less settling, and the election of Benblue9 would ensure such held true. Under Trick and Ben, this period saw UCR at the height of its power and influence across the clan world. Although little data exists to prove so, this period is agreed to be a time of great levels of activity and ability for UCR to project its power.
