[단위계산기](이하 '회사'라 함)은(는) 정보주체의 자유와 권리 보호를 위해 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관계 법령이 정한 바를 준수하여, 적법하게 개인정보를 처리하고 안전하게 관리하고 있습니다. 이에 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체에게 개인정보의 처리와 보호에 관한 절차 및 기준을 안내하고, 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

제1조 (처리하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법) 회사는 앱 서비스 제공 및 맞춤형 광고 게재를 위해 아래와 같은 최소한의 개인정보 및 기기 정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

1. 수집 항목 (자동 수집):

   • 광고 식별자 (Android ADID 또는 iOS IDFA)

   • 기기 정보 (OS 버전, 기기 모델명, 언어 설정 등)

   • IP 주소 및 앱 사용 이력, 접속 로그

2. 수집 방법:

   • 앱 실행 시 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob) SDK를 통한 자동 수집

제2조 (개인정보의 처리 목적) 회사는 수집한 정보를 다음의 목적을 위해서만 활용합니다.

1. 맞춤형 광고 제공: 이용자의 기호 및 성향을 분석하여 관련성 높은 맞춤형 광고(Personalized Advertising) 송출

2. 서비스 분석 및 보호: 광고 노출 빈도 제어, 광고 성과 측정(클릭 및 전환), 무효 트래픽 감지 및 부정 클릭 방지

제3조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 국외 이전) 회사는 맞춤형 광고 송출을 위해 제3자(광고 네트워크)에게 행태정보 및 광고 식별자 수집을 허용하고 있으며, 해당 정보는 국외 서버로 이전되어 처리될 수 있습니다.

• 제공받는 자 (수집해가는 사업자): Google LLC (Google AdMob)

• 제공받는 자의 이용 목적: 유저 행태 정보를 활용한 맞춤형 광고 제공, 통계 분석, 사기 방지

• 제공(수집) 항목: 광고 식별자(ADID, IDFA), IP 주소, 기기 정보, 행태정보

• 이전 국가: 미국 (Google 서버)

• 이전 시기 및 방법: 앱 실행 및 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통한 자동 전송

제4조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간) 회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

• 광고 식별자 및 행태정보: 수집일로부터 최대 6개월 ~ 18개월(Google 등 제공사 정책에 따름) 보관 후 파기되거나, 앱 삭제 시 파기됩니다.

제5조 (개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법)

1. 파기 절차: 처리 목적이 달성된 정보는 내부 방침 및 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 파기됩니다.

2. 파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 영구 삭제합니다.

제6조 (행태정보의 수집·이용·제공 및 거부(이용자 통제권)에 관한 사항) 이용자는 언제든지 맞춤형 광고 수집 및 이용을 거부(Opt-out)할 수 있는 권리가 있습니다. 모바일 기기의 설정을 변경함으로써 맞춤형 광고를 차단할 수 있습니다.

• Android 기기: ① 설정 → ② 보안 및 개인정보 보호 → ③ 개인정보 보호 → ④ 기타 개인정보 설정 → ⑤ 광고 → ⑥ '광고 ID 삭제' 또는 '광고 ID 재설정'

• iOS(아이폰) 기기: ① 설정 → ② 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → ③ 추적 → ④ '앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용' 해제 (※ 모바일 OS 버전에 따라 메뉴 및 방법이 다소 상이할 수 있습니다.)

제7조 (아동의 개인정보 보호) 본 앱이 만 14세 미만 아동을 주요 대상으로 하는 경우, 맞춤형 광고(행태정보 수집)를 송출하지 않으며 문맥 광고(Contextual Ad)만을 송출합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집해야 하는 경우 반드시 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다.

제8조 (개인정보 보호책임자 및 고충 처리 부서) 회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 정보주체의 불만 처리 및 피해구제를 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

제9조 (개인정보 처리방침의 변경) 이 개인정보 처리방침은 2026년 3월 28일부터 적용됩니다. 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경 내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 앱 내 공지사항이나 업데이트 고지를 통하여 변경 사항을 알리겠습니다

[UnitCalc] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") legally processes and safely manages personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related statutes, in order to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects. In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the personal information processing policy will be established and disclosed as follows in order to guide data subjects on procedures and standards for processing and protection of personal information, and to promptly and smoothly process related grievances.

Article 1 (Personal Information Items and Methods of Collection) The company collects the following minimum personal information and device information for the provision of app services and the publication of customized advertisements.

1. Collect items (automatic collection):

• Device information (OS version, device model name, language settings, etc.)

• IP address and app usage history, access log

2. To collect:

• Automatic collection via Google AdMob SDK when running the app

Article 2 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) The company utilizes the collected information for the following purposes only.

1. Delivering customized advertising: Analyzing users' preferences and tendencies to deliver highly relevant personalized advertising

2. Service analytics and protection: control ad exposure frequency, measure ad performance (click and switch), detect invalid traffic and prevent fraudulent clicks

Article 3 (Providing personal information to third parties and transferring overseas) The company allows third parties (advertising networks) to collect behavioral information and advertisement identifiers for customized advertisement transmission, and the information can be transferred to overseas servers for processing.

• Recipient of offer (collecting operator): Google LLC (Google AdMob)

• Purpose of use by the recipient: Provision of customized advertisements using user behavior information, statistical analysis, and prevention of fraud

• Delivery (collection) items: Advertising identifiers (ADIDs, IDFAs), IP addresses, device information, behavioral information

• Previous Country: United States (Google Server)

• When and how: Automatically transfer over the network when running the app and using the service

Article 4 (Duration of Processing and Retention of Personal Information) In principle, the company shall destroy the personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using it has been achieved.

• Advertising identifiers and behavioral information: Up to 6 to 18 months (according to Google and other provider policies) from the date of collection and then destroyed, or destroyed upon deletion of the app.

Article 5 (Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information)

1. Repeal Procedure: Information that has been processed will be destroyed without delay in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations.

2. How to destroy: Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is permanently deleted using a technical method that does not allow the record to be played.

Article 6 (Matters concerning the collection, use, provision, and rejection of behavioral information) Users have the right to opt-out of customized advertisements at any time. Customized advertisements can be blocked by changing the settings of mobile devices.

• Android device: ① Settings → ② Security and Privacy → ③ Privacy → ④Other Personal Information Settings → ⑤Advertising → ⑥ 'Delete Advertising ID' or 'Reset Advertising ID'

• iOS (iPhone) device: ① Settings → ② Privacy and Security → ③Tracking → ④ Unlock 'Allow apps to request tracking' ( ※Menus and methods may vary slightly depending on mobile OS version.)

Article 7 (Protection of Children's Personal Information) If this app mainly targets children under the age of 14, it does not send customized advertisements (behavioral information collection) but only contextual advertisements (Contextual Ad). If you need to collect personal information of children under the age of 14, you must obtain consent from your legal representative.

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection Officer and Complaint Handling Department) The company is in charge of handling personal information and designates a personal information protection officer as follows for the complaint handling and damage relief of the data subject.

[単位計算機]（以下「会社」といいます）は、情報主体の自由と権利を保護するために、「個人情報保護法」および関連法令を遵守し、適法に個人情報を処理し、安全に管理しています。 これにより、「個人情報保護法」第30条に基づき、情報主体に個人情報の処理と保護に関する手続き及び基準を案内し、これに関連する苦情を迅速かつ円滑に処理できるように、以下のように個人情報処理方針を策定・公開します。

第1条（取り扱う個人情報の項目および収集方法） 当社は、アプリサービスの提供およびカスタマイズ広告の掲載のため、以下の最低限の個人情報および端末情報を収集しています。

収集項目（自動収集）：

端末情報（OSバージョン、機種名、言語設定等）

IPアドレスおよびアプリ使用履歴、接続ログ

第2条（個人情報の処理目的） 会社は収集した情報を次の目的のためにのみ利用します。

カスタマイズ広告の提供：利用者の嗜好や傾向を分析し、関連性の高いカスタマイズ広告（Personalized Advertising）を配信

サービス分析と保護：広告の表示頻度制御、広告パフォーマンス測定（クリックとコンバージョン）、無効トラフィックの検出と不正クリックの防止

第3条（個人情報の第三者提供および国外移転） 会社はカスタマイズ広告の配信のために第三者（広告ネットワーク）に行動情報および広告識別子の収集を許可しており、該当情報は国外サーバーに移転されて処理されることがあります。

提供先（収集事業者）：Google LLC（Google AdMob）

提供先の利用目的：ユーザー行動情報を活用したパーソナライズ広告の提供、統計分析、詐欺防止

提供（収集）項目：広告識別子（ADID、IDFA）、IPアドレス、デバイス情報、行動情報

以前の国：アメリカ（Googleサーバー）

移行時期と方法：アプリ起動およびサービス利用時にネットワーク経由で自動送信

第4条（個人情報の処理および保有期間） 会社は原則として、個人情報の収集および利用目的が達成された後、該当情報を遅滞なく破棄します。

広告識別子および行動情報：収集日から最大6ヶ月〜18ヶ月（Googleなどの提供会社のポリシーに従う） 保管後に破棄されるか、アプリ削除時に破棄されます。

第5条（個人情報の破棄手続き及び方法）

破棄手続き：処理目的が達成された情報は、内部方針および関連法令に従い、遅滞なく破棄されます。

破棄方法：電子ファイル形式で保存された個人情報は、記録を再生できない技術的手段を用いて永久に削除します。

第6条（行動情報の収集・利用・提供および拒否（利用者のコントロール権）に関する事項）利用者はいつでもカスタマイズ広告の収集および利用を拒否（Opt-out）する権利があります。 モバイルデバイスの設定を変更することで、カスタマイズされた広告をブロックできます。

Android端末: ① 設定 → ② セキュリティとプライバシー → ③ プライバシー → ④ その他のプライバシー設定 → ⑤ 広告 → ⑥ 「広告ID削除」または「広告ID再設定」

iOS（iPhone）端末:① 設定 → ② プライバシーとセキュリティ → ③ 追跡 → ④ 「アプリが追跡を要求することを許可」をオフにする（※モバイルOSのバージョンによりメニューや手順が若干異なる場合があります）

第7条（子どもの個人情報保護） 本アプリが14歳未満の子どもを主な対象とする場合、カスタマイズ広告（行動情報収集）は配信せず、文脈広告（Contextual Ad）のみを配信します。 14歳未満の子どもの個人情報を収集する場合は、必ず法定代理人の同意を得ます。

第8条（個人情報保護責任者および苦情処理部門） 会社は個人情報処理に関する業務を総括して責任を持ち、情報主体の苦情処理および被害救済のために、以下のように個人情報保護責任者を指定しています。
