Unit App is a mobile application solely intended to access services provided by the Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our application. By using our App, you agree to this policy's collection and use of information.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. We collect personal information to build user profiles for recording and managing information of employees in the Province of Agusan del Norte and other users accessing the organization’s services. mailing addresses
job titles
usernames
passwords
contact preferences
contact or authentication data
billing addresses
education information
license number
employment information
location
family members

2.2. Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:

social security numbers or other government identifiers
data about a person's sex life or sexual orientation
mother's maiden name

Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

2.4. Usage Data: Interaction with app features, crash logs, and diagnostic data.

3. How We Collect Information

Directly from Users: We collect information that users voluntarily provide through input fields, forms, and interactions within the App, such as account registration, profile setup, and customer support inquiries.

4. Purpose of Data Collection

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
We use your data for:

To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
Analytics - Using data to evaluate user behavior, including understanding the effectiveness of existing product features, plan new features, or measure audience size or characteristics
App Functionality - Such as to authenticate the user, enable features, prevent fraud, implement security measures, ensure server up-time, minimize app crashes, improve scalability and performance, or perform customer support

Profiling. We collect personal information to build user profiles for recording and managing information of employees in the Province of Agusan del Norte and other users accessing the organization’s services.
Communication. Users can provide contact information to receive updates and notifications from the Agusan del Norte Communication system.
