Safie는 얼어붙은 지면 위에서의 사고를 예방하기 위해 설계된 제품이다. 온도 기반 센서를 통해 얼음 표면의 안전 여부를 판단하고, 안전한 경우에는 파란색, 위험한 경우에는 빨간색으로 CMF 디스플레이에 표시한다. 사용자는 Safie를 얼음 위에 던지고, 자동 릴 케이블로 간편하게 회수할 수 있다. DXI 연구실은 해당 프로젝트에서 제품 디자인 컨셉 정의, CMF(Color, Material, Finish) 설계, 모델링, 렌더링 등 전반적인 디자인 과정을 진행하였으며 생성형 AI를 이용한 디자인 시뮬레이션과 시각화를 통해 전체 디자인 프로세스를 효율화했다.

Safie is a product designed to prevent accidents on frozen surfaces.It uses a temperature-based sensor to assess the safety of the ice surface, displaying a blue color on the CMF interface when safe, and red when hazardous. Users can simply toss Safie onto the ice and retrieve it easily with an automatic reel cable.The DXI Lab led the overall design process for this project, including concept development, CMF (Color, Material, Finish) design, 3D modeling, and rendering. By utilizing AI-based design simulation and visualization tools, the team optimized the entire design workflow.
