(Student Recruiting!) I’m actively recruiting self-motivated, dedicated, and talented students interested in hardware–software co-design for AI/ML applications. Our group has multiple openings for graduate students and undergraduate research interns. If you’re interested in joining, please apply through our university’s graduate admissions system and indicate that you’d like to work with me. You may also email me a brief introduction with your CV and transcripts, and describe what you hope to achieve in graduate school.
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at UNIST.
I earned my Ph.D. from KAIST in 2025. My research centers on computer architecture, with a particular focus on hardware–software co-design for AI/ML. During my graduate studies, I designed GPU systems and AI accelerators for workloads such as recommender systems, graph algorithms, and privacy-preserving AI.
I also completed research internships at the System and Networking Research Group at Microsoft Research Asia and the Architecture Research Group at NVIDIA Research, where I worked on memory- and power-efficient GPU systems for large language model (LLM) inference.
