UniEvent Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UniEvent mobile application ("App") operated by UniEvent ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

4. Content

You retain ownership of any content you post or upload to the App. By posting or uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

• Impersonating any person or entity.

• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
