This Privacy Policy explains how AI Uniform Design Maker ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable data protection laws, including Apple’s App Store Guidelines regarding Data Collection and Data Use (Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.2).
## 1. What Data We Collect
We intentionally limit the amount of data we collect to only what is strictly necessary for the App to function.
* **User Input Data (Text Prompts):** We collect the text descriptions (prompts) you manually type into the App to describe the uniform or workwear design you want to generate.
* **Device Storage (Local):** If you choose to save a generated image, the App requires permission to add the image to your device’s Photo Library. **We do not read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photos.**
**We do NOT collect:** Your name, email address, phone number, location data, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).
## 2. How We Collect That Data
The User Input Data (text prompts) is collected **only** when you actively type a description into the App's text field and press the "Generate" button. Data is collected through your direct interaction with the App’s interface.
## 3. How We Use That Data
The solely intended use of the User Input Data is to generate the visual uniform design mockups you requested. We do not use your text prompts for marketing, tracking, profiling, or any other unrelated purposes.
## 4. Sharing Data with Third-Party AI Services
To provide the core functionality of generating high-quality AI uniform designs, your text prompts must be processed by third-party artificial intelligence services.
**Before any data is transmitted, the App explicitly asks for your consent via an in-app pop-up notice.**
When you grant permission and press "Generate", your text prompt is securely transmitted to the following specific third-party services:
1. **OpenAI, LLC:** Your prompt is sent to OpenAI's API strictly to enhance and translate your text into a detailed, professional design prompt.
2. **Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs:** The enhanced prompt is then sent to Replicate's API (utilizing Black Forest Labs' models) strictly to render and generate the final uniform image.
## 5. Third-Party Equal Protection Confirmation
We confirm that the third-party AI services we share your data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
* Both OpenAI and Replicate process the data securely via API.
* We have configured our API usage such that your text prompts are **not** used by these third parties to train their overarching public AI models.
* No personally identifiable information (PII) is sent to these third parties, only the raw text prompt describing the clothing/uniform.
## 6. Data Retention and Security
* We do not maintain any remote databases or servers storing your prompts or generated images.
* All generation history and saved images are stored locally on your device.
* If you delete the App, your local history is permanently deleted.
## 7. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to use the App or send any information about yourself to us.
## 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
