# END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using AI Uniform Design Maker ("the App").
By downloading or using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the App.
## 1. Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and the developer of AI Uniform Design Maker only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. The developer, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
## 2. Grant of License
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is granted solely for your personal and commercial use (such as for your workwear marketing or uniform supply business), subject to the restrictions outlined below.
## 3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice of the App.
- Use the App to create any content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, highly graphic, or violating any third-party rights.
- Use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended without the appropriate subscription tier.
## 4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium").
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
## 5. User-Generated Content & AI Outputs
The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate uniform designs and workwear mockups based on user input.
- **User Ownership:** You own the rights to the AI-generated images ("Output") created using your prompts, subject strictly to the licensing terms of the third-party AI models used to generate them. You are permitted to use these images commercially (e.g., in workwear marketing, social media, and promotional materials).
- **No Guarantee of Accuracy:** Because the images are generated by AI, we do not guarantee the realism, structural viability, or accuracy of the generated uniform designs. You agree that the developer is not liable for any business decisions or manufacturing errors made based on the generated mockups.
- **Acceptable Use:** You agree not to use the App's AI generation features to create harmful, explicit, copyrighted, or otherwise illegal imagery.
## 6. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data (including text prompts sent to third-party AI providers like OpenAI and Replicate) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store or sell your generated images on our servers.
## 7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the App, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
## 8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (such as OpenAI, Replicate, and RevenueCat) for core functionalities. We are not responsible for the uptime, availability, or accuracy of these third-party platforms. If these services experience downtime, certain features of the App may become temporarily unavailable.
## 9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your device.
