Time is one of the biggest faults for getting in the way of an active lifestyle. However, online training with Unified Fitness is one of the most flexible ways for you to get the guidance you need, while also giving you the control of when to fit in your workouts. The workouts are previously set up for you prior and ready for when you get to the gym, ready at home, all you need to do it pull up the program on your phone and follow the workout layout. This creates a more calm environment for yourself, less stress and a more successful workout. We also offer 24/7 support, meaning if you need any help or have any questions, you can reach out at any time and I will be able to get back to you within 24 hours max!
Group classes is the most fun, and relaxed way to incorporate fitness into your life. This is not a commitment as we take drop ins. You will not be obligated to come every week. Our group class is more of an event you can join in on whenever it is convenient for you. Although we would love to see everyone keep showing up! Being a group class, there will be a group of all different individuals that will also be there. Unified Fitness takes pride in giving everyone a safe, and comfortable environment, as we are all here for the same reason!
