micro:bit 1-7

At the Teaching Lab, you and your colleagues can explore how you can use Micro:bit in teaching. You can explore MakeCode, which is the platform where programming is done, transfer the program to Micro:bit,  and then together explore and reflect on using Micro:bit.  Micro:bit has various sensors and also radio communication, which makes it relevant in several subjects, and the school can purchase additional equipment to increase opportunities.

5th grade: Create a walking game(Kidsakoder.no)

5th grade: Rock, paper, scissors, shoot! (Kidsakoder.no)

5th grade: Give students a definite problem. Use problem-solving and divide the problem into smaller parts. Let students explore Micro: bit and see if it can help them solve the problem. For example: show outdoors temperature displayed on Micro: bit indoors... 

Micro: bit can also be used for younger students, even though the concept of "programs" does not appear until 5th grade.
