Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG):
We provide a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) for packages delivered within 24 hours after arriving at the customer's delivery address.
Unboxing Video Required:
Customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package until the condition of the package, product, and ant colony is clearly shown.
LAG & Damaged Product Claims:
A replacement ant colony will only be provided if:
The queen ant is dead, or
More than 50% of the worker ants are dead upon arrival.
The unboxing video must clearly show the queen ant if she is found dead.
If the product (Ant Nest,Test Tube etc.) is damaged during delivery:
Customers must provide a clear video showing the damaged product.Â
Verified damaged products will be replaced.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or sufficient evidence will not be accepted.
No Refunds or Cancellations:
Once payment has been made, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or order modifications will be accepted.
