Welcome to Undeleted+, developed by daemonClick ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your information. Please read it carefully.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

We do not require personal information such as your name, address, or phone number to use core app features. If you contact us at access.daemonclick@gmail.com, we collect your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to your inquiry.

b. Device and Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information to operate and improve the App:

• Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version

• Unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)

• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)

• App usage statistics (features used, session duration, crash reports)

c. Files and Media

The App requires access to your device storage to scan for and recover deleted files. All scanning and recovery operations are performed entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos, videos, documents, or any other personal files on our servers.

d. Advertising Data

Our advertising partners (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Yodo1 MAS) may collect advertising identifiers and interaction data to serve relevant ads. You can limit this through your device's privacy settings (see Section 7).

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain data only for as long as necessary:

• Support emails: Up to 12 months after your inquiry is resolved

• Crash and analytics data: Aggregated; retained for up to 24 months

• Advertising identifiers: Governed by the respective third-party platform's retention policy

• Files on your device: We never store your files — all recovery is local and ephemeral

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children. Specifically:

• Under 13 (globally / COPPA): We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

• Under 16 (EEA / GDPR): In countries where the digital age of consent is 16, we do not knowingly process data of users under 16 without verifiable parental consent.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at access.daemonclick@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

All users:

• Opt out of push notifications via device Settings at any time

• Limit ad tracking via your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads)

EEA / UK users (GDPR):

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

• Correction: Ask us to fix inaccurate data

• Erasure: Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format

• Restriction: Ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved

• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests

• Withdraw consent: At any time, for processing based on consent (e.g., push notifications)

California users (CCPA/CPRA):

• Know: What personal information we collect and how it's used

• Delete: Request deletion of your personal information

• Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information

• Opt out of sale/sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this ever changes, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.

• Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. However, no system is entirely secure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

9. International Data Transfers

If you use the App outside the country where our servers or service providers are located, your data may be transferred internationally. Where required (e.g., under GDPR), such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you via an in-app notice or push notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent version.

Please read these Terms carefully before downloading or using Undeleted+. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the App's source code

• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the App

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a "Deep Scan" feature available as a one-time in-app purchase.

• All purchases are processed by the Google Play Store and subject to Google's terms

• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled solely by Google Play under their refund policy

• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

• We do not store your payment card details; all billing is handled by Google Play Billing

4. No Guarantee of Data Recovery

Undeleted+ provides data recovery tools on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that deleted files can be successfully recovered. Success depends on factors outside our control, including:

• Whether deleted data has been overwritten by new files

• The file system type and condition of your device's storage

• The time elapsed since deletion

Back up important files regularly. Do not rely solely on this App to safeguard your data.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including design, text, graphics, and code) are owned by daemonClick and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, daemonClick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or $10 USD if you have not made any purchases).

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless daemonClick and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at access.daemonclick@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Jurisdiction: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kingdom of Morocco 

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply and you retain any rights afforded to you under those laws, regardless of this clause.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 15 days' advance notice via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, the license granted herein immediately ceases. Sections 5–9 survive termination.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and daemonClick regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.

By downloading or using Undeleted+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
