登壇者の中で，旅費の支給を希望される方には，本研究集会に認められた予算の範囲内で旅費を支給します．申し込み数が旅費の予算を超える場合は博士後期課程以上を優先します．具体的な支給金額については予算の範囲内で研究代表者が調整しますので， 必ずしもご希望に添えない場合があることをご了承ください．

講究録
講究録は作る予定とし，発表者は原則として原稿を提出していただきます．詳細については，後ほど本Webページに掲載いたします．

Due to the venue change, the banquet will be capped at 30 attendees

Travel Grant
Among the speakers, those who wish to receive a travel grant will be provided with travel expenses within the budget approved for this research conference. If the number of applications exceeds the travel budget, priority will be given to those in doctoral programs or above. The principal investigator will determine the specific amount of travel expenses within the budget, so please note that we may not be able to meet all requests.
