Apple Services: When you purchase a subscription, Apple processes your payment. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status, not your payment details.
OpenAI API (if enabled): If you use the AI Assistant feature, your conversation messages may be sent to OpenAI to generate responses. This is optional and can be disabled.

The App may request the following permissions:
Network Extension/VPN: Required to block websites system-wide across all browsers. This creates a local VPN connection that does not route traffic externally.
Family Controls/ManagedSettings: Required for alternative website blocking methods using iOS Screen Time APIs.
Camera (optional): If you choose to use camera features for motivation or support.
Microphone (optional): If you choose to use voice input for the AI Assistant.
Speech Recognition (optional): Required to convert your voice to text for the AI Assistant.
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.
The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
You have the right to:
Access Your Data: All your data is stored locally on your device and accessible through the App.
Delete Your Data: You can delete the App at any time, which will remove all locally stored data. You can also manually delete journal entries and other content within the App.
Opt-Out of AI Assistant: You can choose not to use the AI Assistant feature, which prevents any data from being sent to OpenAI.
Control Permissions: You can manage app permissions through your device's Settings app.
Your data is retained on your device for as long as you have the App installed. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed. We do not retain copies of your data on our servers.
If you use the AI Assistant feature, your conversation data may be processed by OpenAI, which may involve transfers to servers located outside your country of residence. By using the AI Assistant feature, you consent to such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

The App uses a Network Extension to provide system-wide website blocking. This creates a local VPN connection that:
Operates entirely on your device
Does not route traffic to external servers
Does not collect or transmit browsing data
Only blocks access to websites you've configured
Shows a VPN icon in your device's status bar (this is normal and expected)
The VPN connection is local-only and does not transmit your network traffic to us or any third party.
