what is isolation?

isolation is where your internet access is cut off, forcing you to get tech help, 

If you get isolated too much (abt 2-3 times max) then you will likely have to talk to an AP. 

I would know considering i've been isolated far too much lol

HOW TO SEE IF YOU'RE ISOLATED:

1.  search for "Cisco Secure Client"

2.  go to settings

3.  status overview
